I'm looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the smooth operation of a landmark hospitality property in Amsterdam. This hands-on role covers a wide variety of tasks, from routine repairs to keeping facilities safe, efficient, and in excellent condition.

Your Experience
* Previous maintenance experience, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting
* Background in carpentry, electrical, or general technical skills preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
* Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed
Your Responsibilities
* Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks across the property
* Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as required
* Maintain building facilities to a high standard, including walls, furniture, locks, fans, and air conditioning
* Support health & safety procedures, fire safety checks, and emergency action plans
* Work closely with the Maintenance Manager on projects and ensure work is properly documented
