Your Experience
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
* Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, AC)
* Strong understanding of building safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance
* Confident in working with external contractors and suppliers
* Flexible with working hours, including occasional standby shifts
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct routine spot checks and planned preventative maintenance across hotel facilities
* Ensure mechanical and electrical systems are running safely and efficiently
* Handle repair requests quickly and professionally, keeping guest safety and comfort a top priority
* Take ownership of the building's overall maintenance, from guest rooms to public areas
* Collaborate with contractors and external service providers when needed
