Graduate Planner - The Role:
Support the identification and assessment of new development opportunities.

Help shape planning strategies for a wide range of projects.
*
Assist with the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and environmental statements.

Monitor Local Plans, national policy, and guidance, providing input to influence planning outcomes.
*
Split your time between office work, site visits, and meetings with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
Graduate Planner - What we're looking for:
A minimum 2:1 degree in a planning-related subject (RTPI accredited).

A genuine interest in property development and the built environment.
*
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
*
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
Master's degree in planning (RTPI accredited).
*
Relevant work experience in local authority or consultancy.
*
Knowledge of planning processes and procedures.
