Job Description
The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist performs operational functions related to post-offer candidate experience, stakeholder communication, due diligence, system and security setup, and legal compliance. This role partners with the Talent Acquisition team, HR compliance, hiring managers, IT and other BOK Financial departments to ensure all legal and compliance processes are met and to create a consistent new hire experience that allows our new employees to be productive in their roles “Day One”.

How You'll Spend Your Time

-You will act as a post-offer liaison between new hires and internal teams to streamline communication and answer questions.
-You will follow up with new hires and leaders to identify concerns and recommend solutions.
-You will send “Pre-Day One” and “Day One” communications to ensure readiness for a successful start.
-You will troubleshoot various issues that arise on a new hire’s first day.
-You will conduct due diligence including background checks, drug screening, and employment verification.
-You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure equipment, systems, and access are prepared for new hires.
-You will validate onboarding data from the applicant tracking system and perform I-9 compliance tasks
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree and 1-3 years’ experience in human resources specifically or 3-5 years equivalent working experience. Experience supporting a geographically dispersed, multi-site population is preferred.

-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail under tight deadlines.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills required in order to deal effectively and professionally with outside vendors and employees
-Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and various word processing applications
