RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY:
-Ensure that plant Electrical and Instrument works are running comply with EHSS Policy.
-Maintain reliability of all Electrical & Instrument equipment in the good working order with safety manner.
-Improve and develop system or equipment to have good quality product or maintain equipment efficiency.
-Respond to requests for electrical/Instrument repairs and breakdowns.
-Inspection, testing, calibration of instrumentation and control equipment.
-Building service for electrical system, air condition system, lighting system also sanitary system.
-Perform preventive maintenance on regular schedule.
-Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted.
-Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical/instrument systems.
-Control construction/modification of external service vendor.
Field Observation of work in progress.
-Standing Team Meetings (Toolbox Safety, Daily Operation meeting, Work review and preparation, etc.)
-Operation utilities equipment such as cooling tower, water pump, air compressor, dust collector etc.
-Standby at site during plant shutdown. Especially during night shift.
-Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
