Crystal Creamery is currently looking for a Pricing Analyst
This position will be a partner with the sales team to deliver weekly and monthly keying and analytic support. Pricing Analyst duties include working collaboratively with end-users to collect information to develop and support processes, systems and business intelligence reporting which will drive productivity and efficiency. The analyst would become a subject matter expert for key enterprise systems.
Duties/Essential Job Functions
Prepare pricing summaries for monthly & weekly updates (present to sales directors)
Update customer price contracts as needed and send.
Audit all pricing updates.
Prepare/Manage yearly school bids for timely submission.
Provide velocity reports as requested.
Costs and contribution margin analysis.
Communicate with internal and external customers for pricing related questions.
Ad hoc reports as needed.
Identifies process improvement and automation opportunities while conducting duties as a Business/Pricing Analyst.
Developing reports with BI tools such as Business Objects, Business Intelligence and Power BI
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a minimum of 18 months of similar experience or four years of pricing experience.
Experience: Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) software to develop and deploy reports, SAP, AS400.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge & Experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute on assigned deliverables.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment to meet tight pricing deadlines.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Pivot tables and writing formulas.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint.
