Early Years Practitioner
Location: Alloa, Clackmannanshire
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Our client is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team in providing high-quality care and education to young children in the 3-5 playroom.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, have knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence and have a strong desire to nurture and teach little minds.
The Role
* Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's learning and development
* Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
* Lead the nursery team in delivering excellent care and education
* Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
* Utilise your leadership skills to inspire and motivate staff
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care
Skills and Qualifications
* Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Level 3 in Children and Young People
* Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
* Strong communication skills in English
* Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies
* Passion for childcare and supporting children's holistic development
* Excellent organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively
