Breeden Law Office is seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team as a Senior Associate at our thriving family law firm.

Responsibilities: Provide compassionate legal representation to clients in family law matters in Garner, NC, managing cases from the initial consultation to the final resolution with a focus on developing effective strategies. Demonstrate autonomy in guiding clients through the legal process in Garner, NC, while maintaining a balance between empathy and professionalism. Ensure successful legal outcomes and long-term relationships by effectively communicating with clients, other attorneys, and the court throughout the legal proceedings for family law cases in Garner, NC. Collaborate proactively with legal and support staff to deliver a top-notch customer experience in Garner, NC, including timely and clear communication in family law cases, specifically in Wake County. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior Associate Attorney position is characterized by being heroic, dynamic, and empathetic. A successful candidate will be comfortable working within a team environment that upholds clear standards for work quality, case timelines, client communication, and time management for attorneys. A successful candidate is accustomed to managing cases by deploying their own legal expertise, by leveraging technology, by employing support staff's assistance, and with strong interpersonal skills. A successful candidate is skilled at negotiating, mediating, and litigating cases as the situation requires. This role will involve acting as a director, conductor, or quarterback for the caseload, overseeing the work of legal and administrative staff to benefit clients. About Company
