Apoyo al área de Relaciones con Empleados y Servicios al Personal en diferentes actividades, lo cual le dará al estudiante conocimientos básicos del área
Responsabilidades
- Servicio al cliente en ventanilla
- Atención a renuncias
- Captura de Medidias disciplinarias
- Proceso de impresión de gafetes de transporte
- Apoyo en seguimiento de incidencias de transporte
- Apoyo en la elaboración y armado de los paquetes de finiquitos
- Entrega de finiquitos
- Reportes varios
- Apoyo en eventos de la empresa
Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas
5to semestre en adelante en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Gestión Empresarial o carrera afín.
Horario Vespertino (4 pm a 8 pm)
Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas
- Comunicación asertiva
- Buena actitud
- Conocimiento básico en paquetería Office
- Inglés básico
- 6 meses mínimo de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente
