Job Title: Domestic Gas Contracts Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: GBP55,000 per annum + Company Vehicle, Phone, Laptop & Benefits Package
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Domestic Gas Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and service contracts across Hertfordshire. This role is pivotal in ensuring contractual obligations are met, service delivery standards remain high, and client relationships are maintained and developed.
The successful candidate will take ownership of domestic gas servicing and maintenance operations, managing engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving performance in line with company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee domestic gas servicing and maintenance contracts across Hertfordshire.

Lead, motivate, and support a team of gas engineers to deliver high-quality service.

Ensure all work is compliant with current legislation, regulations, and safety standards.
*
Monitor and manage KPIs, SLAs, and contract performance.
*
Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and contract delivery.
*
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact.
*
Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting for assigned contracts.
*
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service development.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing domestic gas service and maintenance contracts.

Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas systems and relevant regulations.
*
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
*
Strong financial and commercial awareness with experience managing budgets.
*
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
*
Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
