Responsibilities of the Senior Architect:
* Develop detailed designs for data centres tailored to end-user requirements
* Lead projects through all stages, from masterplanning to completion
* Support and strengthen a well-established pipeline of upcoming work
* Undertake site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are met
Required skills and experience for the Senior Architect:
* ARB registered Architect
* Extensive post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
* Strong Revit skills
* Proven track record in leading data centre projects
* Previous industrial sector experience (advantageous)
* Experience managing and mentoring small teams
* Excellent design and technical drawing capabilities
* Strong attention to detail with effective communication and organisational skills
* Based within a reasonable commuting distance of London
