As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing project plans related to online curriculum systems, including configuration of learning management system, and other system related projects within postgraduate medical education. Drawing upon your excellent interpersonal and time management skills, you will achieve both individual and team success by building effective relationships with stakeholders. Your project coordination capabilities will ensure that there is clear communication across the team about project dependencies and related activities. Your background and experience driving deadlines and deliverables, will contribute to the success of PGME.
Your responsibilities will include:

-Implementing project plans and coordinating tasks for projects with stakeholders
-Assessing project output against quality control standards and recommending changes for more efficient coordination of operations
-Testing and analyzing new and upgraded software, hardware, and/or business applications
-Preparing meeting agendas, and taking and distributing meeting minutes
-Writing routine documents and correspondence
-Identifying and analyzing data discrepancies and taking necessary actions to correct errors
-Delivering training sessions on curriculum data management systems
-Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
 

Essential Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
-Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience coordinating and implementing project plans, preferably within a University, government, medical education or health care setting.
-Experience with learning management systems, preferably in a medical education setting
-Demonstrated experience and understanding of quality control standards in relation to project outputs.
-Experience testing and analyzing software, hardware, and business applications.
-Strong experience writing routing documents and correspondence, including taking meeting minutes and supporting working groups and project teams.
-Demonstrated experience with analyzing data and report generation
-Hands on experience delivering training sessions (in-person, online, hybrid)
-Technical proficiency with Office 365 including Excel and POWER BI. Experience with Project Management applications (i.e. WRIKE).
-Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
-Exceptional organizational skills in maintaining a diverse set of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Ability to take initiative and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through project analysis and problem solving.

Assets (Nonessential):

-Experience and familiarity with Elentra, POWER, and Quercus
-Experience working in a Service Desk environment
-Experience working in medical education
-Experience supporting organizational change initiatives or technology adoption.
-Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone:  

USW Pay Band 12 -- $81,312. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $103,986. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
