Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company.
Salary: GBP48,000 + plenty of overtime
Location: Static, large commercial site
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Responsibilities:
1 Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
2 Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
3 Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
4 Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
5 Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
6 Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
Requirements:
1 NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
2 17th or 18th edition
