In this role, you’ll work with security-hardened SAP cloud solutions such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Artificial Intelligence (AI), SAP HANA Cloud and more.

What you’ll do
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll:

-Support Global Solution Experts in defining operating standards for the SAP Sovereign Cloud solutions.
-Collaborate across global and regional teams to break silos, enhance communication, and align on best practices.
-Contribute to process improvement & standardization by helping refine Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Knowledge Base content.
-Drive scalability and harmonization by ensuring consistent deployment practices across regions.
-Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM)/ITIL processes such as service request, incident, problem, change management, and release management operations.
What you bring

-2+ years of experience in a DevOps role and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
-A strong analytical mindset, team-player spirit, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
-Comfortable working in a globally distributed, multi-cultural team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
-A solid understanding of enterprise software applications and IT/Cloud operations.
-Attention to detail, creativity, innovation, and a quality-first mindset.
-A high degree of service focus, customer orientation, and operational excellence.
-Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
