Job Title: Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with the commercial team on a number of exciting projects across Kent.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager
* Administration of subcontract works packages
* Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
* Provide information to the Commercial team
Requirements:
* Experience working for either a regional / national contractor
* Ambitions to progress to the Quantity Surveyor
* Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines
* Willingness to undertake training and development
