• This is a superb opportunity to join a leading regional law firm with a strong presence across the county and beyond.
• You will be responsible for a broad remit of residential property matters including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• It is essential that you have strong technical expertise in freehold and leasehold properties, new builds and re-mortgages
