About your new Trainee Hydraulic Hose Fitter role
- Learn how to safely and efficiently replace hydraulic hoses on car transporter vehicles
- Carry out on-site repairs and respond to breakdowns (days only)
- Gain hands-on mechanical experience in a dynamic, field-based environment
- Be part of a close team supporting a vital part of the transport industry
- Heavy lifting involved – this is a physically active role
What you will need to succeed in this role
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Any experience in mechanics, plant, automotive, transport, or manual work is a bonus
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- A great attitude, reliability, and a good work ethic
- A full UK driving licence is preferred (or close to passing)
The successful candidate will receive
- Overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate
- Monday to Friday days only – no weekends or nights
- A supportive and friendly working environment
- Full training and clear career progression path
