The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you'll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality planning advice to a diverse range of clients. You'll manage your own projects, support junior team members, and contribute to business development activities. The role offers a broad mix of work across sectors, giving you the chance to strengthen your expertise and continue progressing in your career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on a variety of planning applications and appeals

Provide strategic advice to clients on planning and development matters

Mentor and support junior team members
*

Build and maintain strong client relationships
*

Contribute to the growth and reputation of the planning team

Requirements

MRTPI qualified
*

Strong planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
*

Confident managing projects and working independently
*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*

A proactive and team-oriented approach
