Mobile LCV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter opportunity

My client, a well-established company is actively seeing to employ an experienced and qualified LCV Technician for their mobile role in Manchester. You will be working on an internal mixed fleet of commercial vehicles from Mercedes, Iveco and Ford. Excellent internal training with opportunities to increase salary by £2 per hour when modules passed and gaining Master Technician status 

Mobile LCV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter duties

- Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of HGVs and specialist commercial vehicles
- Working with industry-leading brands such as Mercedes, Iveco, and Ford
- Ensuring all work is completed to high safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections and ensuring roadworthiness
- Working as part of a supportive and experienced team in a well-equipped workshop

Mobile LCV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter Qualifications / experience required  

- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Lights or heavies)
- Hands-on experience working with LCVs or HGVs in a workshop or fleet environment
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for vehicle maintenance
- IRTEC trained would be beneficial but not essential

- Full UK driving licence
