Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Full Stack Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both development and operations, with hands-on experience in React, Azure, Python, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing full-stack applications, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Support

-Provide L2/L3 support for full-stack applications built with React and Python.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers.
-Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and performance improvements.
DevOps & Infrastructure

-Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
-Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
-Monitor application performance and system health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
Database Management

-Support and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including performance tuning and query optimization.
-Implement backup and recovery strategies and ensure data integrity.
Automation & Scripting

-Develop automation scripts in Python for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
-Create tools and utilities to streamline support operations and reduce manual effort.
Collaboration & Documentation

-Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.
-Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for support procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development and DevOps support.
-Strong proficiency in React.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
-Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
-Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
-Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience of using ITIL tools.
-Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
-Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

-Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204).
-Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
