Job Summary
We are looking for a
Cash Management Specialist
who will be responsible for providing ongoing service and reconciliation of the Cash Management operations processes. The Cash Management Specialist will have a good understanding of finance industry rules and regulations. The ideal candidate would bring experience with Cash Management practices and excel in organizational and analytical skills. 
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Service and Reconciliation

-Perform daily recon and cash positioning functions, including the over credit limit process, non-post process, error corrections, wire desk processes; ACH processing; draft processing; remote deposit activities; fraud queue monitoring, ACH Notification of Change, Image Replacement Document, etc.
-Implement and maintain various cash management reports and reporting functions including documentation of daily disbursement and funding activities and preparation of the daily sources and uses statements. Reconcile daily cash balances with commercial banks and work with banking partners to resolve any discrepancies.
-Determine appropriate actions regarding return items and adjustments from commercial bank deposits.
-Communicate instructions to retail offices and prepare documentation in the CRM system and general ledger entries for submission to Loan Accounting.
-Coordinate with funding banks, vendors, and financial institutions regarding cash management activities
-Maintain User access and coordinate supply orders for DTS, Paypal, and Harland Clarke
-Fraud Remediation

-Coordinate the fraud response process on all financial fraud transactions.
-Collaborate with internal teammates from Cash Management Sales, Marketing, and Business Training Solutions to provide proactive fraud prevention training and education to teammates and customers.
-Maintain and assist in the development of systems, reporting, etc. to efficiently handle fraudulent activity. Monitor the needs of offices and Associations’ leadership with regard to the fraud response activity processes and assist with enhancements.
-Monitor and report large cash transactions and coordinate with receiving office to ensure proper reporting to the IRS via Form 8300. Annual reporting of appropriate transactions.
-AgriBuy

-Manage AgriBuy credit card program
-Support owner of the AgriBuy program and is responsible for the monitoring, researching and reporting of card utilization, card spend, temporary limit changes to cards, card issues and fraud.
-Help facilitate the annual rewards program
-Escrow

-Manage and complete daily escrow workflow functions for Consumer Lending accounts
-Provide timely and accurate preparation of all types of escrow analyses (short, annual and finals) and provide changes to Loan Accounting.
-Serve as the key resource within the Associations, relative to policies/procedures, processes and workflows related to escrow process.
-Customer Experience – serve as the point of contact for all internal and customer direct inquires. Review escrow accounts and quote escrow account payoffs, when requested. Ensure a favorable customer experience through effective communication and coordination with regional team members
-Miscellaneous

-Monitor all work queues and meet set deadlines; Shared inboxes, phone lines, and calendars, SalesForce, ServiceNow, etc.
-Regularly assist Product or Process Business Owners to assist in the development, implementation, testing, and/or training of Cash Management related products or processes.

Education Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred. 
 

Years of Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred.  
-2+ years of related Cash Management experience.  
-Exceptional analytical, investigative, organizational skills.   
-Proven ability to articulate the values of a recommendation to end users.  
-Proficient in Windows environment using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
