About the Role
As a Trainee Teacher, you will work closely with experienced professionals, receiving mentorship and ongoing support as you develop your skills and knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging and individualised lessons tailored to the specific needs of each student.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, teaching assistants, and other professionals.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress.
* Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
* Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Essential Requirements
* Commitment to working with children with SEN
* Experience working with children with SEN (essential)
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Desirable Requirements
* Experience with ABA
* Relevant qualifications or experience in education
