This position is commission-based, with 100% commission earnings. However, to support your transition, a guaranteed income from $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 will be provided during your first year paid semi-monthly. After the first year, compensation will be entirely commission-based. 

Job Summary

Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. P02-Intermediate : Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience

Job Responsibilities
-Growing Southeast territory
-Frequent Travel
-CRM Input and Daily Reporting requirements
-Managing customer interactions at the branch level
-Promoting the overall brand and product capabilities
-Weekly and Monthly planning of visits targeting high-growth accounts and areas
-Ability to seek out new projects and opportunities through various consumer channels

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

-Clean driving record
-High-level communication skills, written and verbal
-Ability to navigate and utilize CRM products
-Reputable presentation and professional appearance
-Direct sales experience
 

Other Skills Needed

-Ability to work in a high-paced environment
-Capable of working remotely
-Self–starting
-Basic knowledge of power distribution and the electrical industry
-Positive attitude and personable
