Salary: A£55/58,000

Skills and Experience:
* Experience managing a branded or independent café, restaurant, or casual dining site
* Ability to think independently, be a self-starter, and drive sales
* A strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences every time
* Committed to training, motivating, and developing a team
* At least 2 years' experience in a management role
* Confident in stock management, budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing
